With more than 15 years of experience, he has launched and scaled numerous VPP programs, delivering significant dispatchable energy capacity.

Doug has held roles across business development, strategy, and engineering at organizations including Leap, CLEAResult, AES, and the U.S. Department of Energy. His work focuses on advancing flexible energy systems that support grid reliability and accelerate the transition to clean energy.
