She focuses on developing practical programs that support beneficial electrification, load management, and decarbonization across local energy systems.

Katelyn works closely with municipal light plants and stakeholders to translate complex grid concepts into actionable strategies. She is also an active advocate for advancing women’s leadership within the energy sector while supporting innovations in community-focused energy solutions.
