BIOGRAPHY

Perry Lawton is the Vice President of Product Strategy at TESCO Metering, where he leads innovations in EVSE testing and compliance. He guided development of the TESCO T4000 and T4350, ensuring charging station accuracy aligned with NIST Handbook 44 standards.

Perry actively contributes to national standards development through the National Council of Weights & Measures, serving on several committees advancing EVSE regulation and training. In 2024, he received the Les Murphy Award for his leadership in promoting fairness and accuracy in EV infrastructure.
