Zach Woogen is the Executive Director of VGIC, where he leads regulatory, policy, and market development initiatives that shape the future of vehicle-grid integration. His work spans utility rate and program design, interconnection rules, managed charging, and V2X technology deployment in key U.S. markets.

Zach previously served as the Senior Manager at Strategen, guiding clients through go-to-market strategy for V2X and smart charging. He also managed energy strategy projects with BEACN, combining technical insights with a focus on market transformation and innovations.
